Reef Casa™ stands behind every single aquarium we make and sell with our hassle free warranty. Reef Casa™ offers an industry leading 24 month warranty on its entire range of all in one glass aquariums against from the original date of purchase. Warranties are non-transferable and are only warrantied to the original purchaser and must be accompanied with original purchase receipt. Reef Casa™ will replace any product that is deemed unfit free of charge, the user is responbile for any associated shipping , handling fees and tarrifs. Please note our warranty will not cover any aquariums that are damaged from the result of customizations, alterations or modifications.

THE LEGAL STUFF

By setting up and installing a Reef Casa™  Aquariums product you hereby agree to the information stated.

Reef Casa Limited warrants all Reef Casa™  Aquariums products against defects in workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. If a defect exists during the warranty period, Reef Casa Limited at its option will either repair (using new or remanufactured parts) or replace (with a new or remanufactured unit) the product at no charge. Customers are responsible for any associated shipping fees.

The warranty will not apply to the product if it has been damaged by misuse, alteration, accident, improper handling, or operation; or if unauthorized repairs are attempted or made.

The warranty only applies to the exterior silicone edges of the aquarium. Many customer try to modify  back chambers, lift the aquarium from the back acrylic, force large pumps and clean the acrylic filter with too much force. Glass to acrylic silicone adhesion is not as strong as glass to glass and improper use can lead to leaking back chambers, this is not covered under our standard warranty.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES:

You and any other user of Reef Casa Limited products shall not be entitled to any consequential or incidental damages, including without limitation, loss of use of the unit, inconvenience, damage to personal property.

REEF CASA LTD. MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT’S QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AS A RESULT, THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD “AS IS,” AND YOU THE PURCHASER ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO ITS QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE. IN NO EVENT WILL REEF CASA LTD. BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.

The warranty, disclaimer, and remedies set forth above are exclusive and replace all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. At no time will any Reef Casa Limited dealers, agents, or employees be authorized to make any modifications, extension, or addition to this warranty once the user has completed their purchase.
