SHIPPING DETAILS 

Orders are generally processed and packed with 2-4 business days. We package and ship hundreds of aquariums a week with little to no breakage. In the rare event of damage all aquariums are covered. We simply require a photo to be emailed to us within 7 business of arrival

RETURN POLICY 

Reef Casa accepts returns within 30 days of the date your order was received

International orders unfortunately are final sale

Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging, along with all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, cables, etc. 

Customers are responsible to pay return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non refundable

Aquarium & Cabinet returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
Accessory & Equipment returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.  

The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:  

  • Gift Cards 
  • Clearance or Sale Items  
  • Custom Aquariums 
  • Open-Box Items  

 

REJECTED RETURNS & PARTIAL REFUNDS:  

Reef Casa reserves the right to reject any return, at anytime under their own discretion.

In some cases for high value orders we use signature delivery. If an order is not received and held for pick up customers must pick up from their local ups / fedex depot.
